What you need to know

Part four is here! It's time to complete our sensory playmat crochet-along.

The final part of the baby playmat crochet series brings everything together by introducing the plush pineapple stitch alongside more zig-zag squares and an additional pocket featuring a tinkling bell, before moving on to blocking all the squares and joining them into the finished playmat, with a reminder that if the blanket is intended for a very young baby, all embellishments should be sewn on securely and any hard decorations, such as the bell, should be left off for safety. Missed part three? You can download it here.
